The room was very spacious and well designed. The service staff enthusiastically introduced the history of the hotel. It turned out to be five hundred years old. It felt like living in Harry Potter Castle. The breakfast was a buffet and also had an a la carte option (in the menu) )

Over rated hotel. Not worth the 500 euros per night. Could easily find a hotel for less. Also when booking on this site, the algorithm booked my room for one month sooner. It was absolute hell getting this straightened out and charged me an additional 300 euro. So be wary!!!!

Ho scelto questo magnifico Hotel attirata dalla bellezza della location e sono rimasta davvero incantata. Dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, al comfort della camera calda e accogliente, dall’area Spa pulitissima e profumata, alla squisita colazione. Castel Hörtenberg è stato restaurato con cura ed eleganza e offre una suggestiva atmosfera in ogni ambiente…come in una favola! Davvero consigliato per una vacanza romantica, di totale relax e bellezza. Un grazie a tutto il personale, non vedo l’ora di tornare.

Siamo stati ospiti accuditi con discrezione, cortesia e grande disponibilità da personale molto gentile e competente. Ogni piccolo grande desiderio è stato soddisfatto e di questo non possiamo che esser grati a tutto lo staff per averci fatto sentire come a casa nostra... desideravo fare una piccola sorpresa alla mia compagna, desideravo avesse modo di ricordare il suo compleanno soffiando una candelina posta su una fetta di strüdel (ottimo)... Detto, fatto: con grande senso dell'ospitalità questa mia richiesta è stata esaudita. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, non solo per quanto offerto dalla sua splendida SPA.
